Pat is the founder and Chairman of the Group. Pat formed the Company from New Zealand in 1985 to support local business's with their growing companies.

Having established Boston Marks as a leading Aviation Insurance Specialist, he commenced his growth strategy to support similar business opportunities and encouraging like-minded people to join his team.

Pat has developed a respected and valued business, now with additional operations in Australia, Canada, UK and USA.




CEO Latin America

Reinaldo began his career in the late 90's at SEMA Insurance. He was originally hired as Director of International Business Development.

In 2001 he became Managing Director and Partner in a joint venture company created between Heath Lambert and SEMA Insurance where he consolidated his reputation as one of the insurance industry's leading brokers with expertise in the Latin American region. With the purchase of Heath Lambert's aviation team and Latin American network by Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Reinaldo became a key component of the management team responsible for developing the Latin American book of business. After 4 years as a top executive at JLT, Reinaldo was hired by the newly created Colemont Miami Aviation LLC as its CEO and Partner.

Today he proudly represents Boston Marks Group Limited in his capacity as CEO of the Miami office and is responsible for accounts and business development in the American Continents. Reinaldo's expertise in the aviation market is particularly strong in Central and South America. He is now one of the industry's and regions leading specialists.


CEO - BMG Aviation (Australia)

After an initial 8 years in aviation insurance at AAUP (now QBE Aviation) Damian left as an aviation underwriter and in 2001 went on to establish an Elders Insurance franchise in Echuca, Victoria.

In 2008 Damian was recruited to guide the merger of the Boston Marks and Kenney Aikin insurance businesses and, more recently, the highly successful merger with Lea Aviation to form BMG Aviation.

Damian, as CEO, sees BMG Aviation as a progressive, service-focused business which prides itself on providing unparalleled professional service and advice to its client base.

Damian holds a private pilot’s licence, has a first-hand insight into the mechanics of aviation insurers and an extensive network of contacts throughout local and international insurance markets. These attributes enable Damian to guide his clients through the complexities of aviation insurance towards the most appropriate solutions available.
